PR Project Management with Santa Monica Travel & Tourism, Brand USA & Visit USA
MMGY Hills Balfour is a destination marketing and PR agency specialising in the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors. Two of its key client accounts include Visit Santa Monica, the official tourism organisation for responsible for the promotion of Santa Monica as a travel destination, and Visit USA, a platform for collaboration among various stakeholders in the U.S. travel industry, such as destination marketing organisations, hotels and attractions.
Katie King was commissioned as a PR consultant to support MMGY Hills Balfour across two key projects. Katie was part of the PR Project Management team for ‘Santa Monica Loves Brighton’, an immersive experience to promote a new Friendship City agreement. Following the successful implementation of the campaign, Katie’s contract was extended to provide essential PR cover for Visit USA and Brand USA client accounts.
